Drove all the way back 45 miles and consulted with a sales person in the iPhones area. They helped us and told us the second one we purchased would fit we got at home and again it did not fit the iPhone 13 promax so had to drive the third time to return it so not only was I out of the gas, the time and the aggravation.

Didn’t fit despite Best Buy customer service rep

Could not even return it because it was a sale item. I should have tested the fit in the store but it was already SO hard to find an iPhone 13 max pro plus (or whatever they’re called).
