Already, after just two weeks the on line support has given me the number of the local repair shop because the phone is not working right.

The buttons on the side of the case doesn't line up with the buttons on the phone. The A-51 case is the same. I returned them both. Do not buy this item until Otterbox fixes their design.

Both those devices have slightly different form factors, so their cases will not be cross compatible. We see that you're leaving a review for the standard Galaxy A51. Meant for another type of A51 Phone

From what I know there is a 4G and 5G version of the phone. My mom's A51 is too small for the Otterbox case. Going to return and just get a cheaper case.

We often see issues like this when the wrong version of that case is installed on the device.
