Awesome Protective Case for SP4

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this case but when I got it it was so stiff and tight that I almost had to bend my surface to get it open. Now it's extremely loose and doesn't want to stay on in some places. Also the headphone jack space is too small for some of my headphones to fit while the case is on, so I have to take it off which defeats the whole purpose.
