This was a surprise birthday gift from my husband. I really didn’t know much about these rings but I am learning. I am finding the information quite interesting and useful. It does require some dedication in using all the features correctly. I do wish it were not so heavy.

I love my ring so much! It has helped predict when I was getting sick and how I need to rest after a stressful day. Love the sleep tracking as well it brings me so much more clarity knowing what’s going on with my body.

His ha been beneficial in tracking several health factors through the day. The only drawback is how tight the ring needs to be to read well, also causes that sweat band/discoloration on your finger.

Love this ring works so good at track meals and all the health benefits that’s come with it. Would highly recommend this brand.
