    I honestly love it. The size took some adjusting because I dont usually wear rings. It is a lot useful than I thought it would be and has truly motivated me to do more when it comes to my health! I would recommend one to anybody. What are the cons?

    Purchased for myself, this is the color my wife likes on me. I ended up returning for the stealth color, a little less flashy for my liking. Overall great product, I would recommend !

    The concept of the ring great. Unfortunately, I had to return it. The ring was in the way of working out ( holding kettlebells and/or dumbbells) and it was very heavy on my pointer finger

    The Oura Ring has helped me track my sleep patterns better and how certain foods/drinks will impact me that day or the following day. It’s been able to help me track my heart rate & it easily picks up on when I’m doing physical activity. So far it has really helped start my health journey!
