I’m really enjoying the Oura so far. I got the ceramic Tide color. It is very smooth, comfortable, and I like wearing it. I feel that it gives me good insight into my sleep patterns. Battery life seems great so far. It seems pretty accurate for me in terms of step count, too, and is the only device I’ve found that actually recognizes when I’m playing a musical instrument, which absolutely should count as a workout :). Accurate, comfortable, and insightful. I’m loving it so far.

I’ve been using it since I received it and it’s amazing, I love it! I do have an Apple Watch but I personally find it uncomfortable to sleep with and the oura ring is comfortable to sleep with. I’ve been loving everything about it thus far. Since getting the ring I’ve only charged it twice, the app is user friendly. I did buy a protector for it when I workout or am doing house chores.

Insight into sleep patterns is wonderful. The ring itself is pretty. A little bulky. Overall, I would recommend if you do step tracking or cycle tracking.

Overall I like the ring, it took three different exchanges to fine my perfect size and color, it’s comfortable to wear daily and do different activities with the ring on, and battery life last about a week, it also charges pretty fast.

I love my Oura ring, tracks everything that I am needing and am so in love with the battery life. It is a bit bulky but I don’t mind it.

The Oura Ring 4 itself is excellent — comfortable, great battery life, and genuinely useful sleep and stress insights. Once it works, it’s a very good product. Unfortunately, getting it set up and billed was extremely difficult. My membership activation failed at the payment step with an endless spinning screen and no error message. Resolving this took weeks, multiple escalations, and repeated explanations to different support agents. After it was supposedly fixed, the same billing issue happened again, requiring another escalation and disruptive troubleshooting (including clearing all Safari website data on my phone). Senior support eventually resolved everything and applied complimentary months, which I appreciate. But the process was exhausting and far more complex than it should be for a premium product. Great hardware. Fragile onboarding and billing system. I’d hesitate to recommend it unless someone is prepared for potential support friction.

Works beautifully. It is nice to keep track of so many things. The fit is amazing. Even when my hands swell from the heat it is still comfortable

I really enjoy the ring. It is a little bulky and it is important to do the sizing kit for comfort. There is a subscription for the ring app that is roughly $6/mo but it’s worth it!

I absolutely love my oura. I had the gen 3 for several years and made the jump to upgrade to the ceramic and it is such a beautiful color and fits so smooth compared to my gen3. Love love love!

It tells you everything about your health it’s a really nice drink

I love my ring! I’m glad I went with the ceramic because it holds up well and the ceramic cloth cleaned the one scratch I did get on it right off! It’s comfortable to wear and the metrics it tracks are very insightful! Glad I bought this!

As a night shift nurse, Oura ring has informed me of key factors of my health. At first, I thought I wouldn’t like the ring due to its bulky nature, but have found that it doesn’t bother me at all! It has been helpful to see the trend of my stress levels as well as get insight into how sleep affects my day to day. I love knowing my heart rate and other vitals. I would recommend this ring to anyone looking to improve their overall health, mind and body!

Really happy with my purchase! I debated getting an Oura ring for years and am glad I finally pulled the trigger. The petal color is adorable and I really like the ceramic. I worried about scratching with wear and tear and thus far I don’t notice any blemishes. My job is really hands on so between that and the gym the ring quality is phenomenal. I love being able to track my sleep and see how environmental factors affect it. It has been a good wake up call for me to better monitor my stress. I recommend this product to anyone who has been on the fence! You won’t regret it.
