I wear this as my wedding ring and love how I can wear it and forget it. Only have to charge once a week and now get to have better track of my sleeping and movement activities.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring Gen 4! It keeps me on track with my daily activities and goals—especially when it comes to monitoring my sleep patterns. The insights have really helped me stay accountable to my wellness routines. The ring is incredibly durable, and the stealth gray color is beautiful—it has an almost black appearance that resists scratches (at least in my experience). I also appreciate how sleek and subtle it looks. One thing to note: the sizing feels slightly looser than the plate sample I used for reference, so I’d recommend keeping that in mind when choosing your size.

Got the oura ring. It has been a good experience. I am able to keep track of health and readiness. Battery lasts for days which is convenient. I picked it up from a drop box. I also have the total tech so it comes with warranty

So far it has helped me a lot with tracking my sleep, and my menstrual cycle. I love it. It also looks great when dressing up

Great device to track a wide variety of physical activity and sleep parameters. Real time feedback and scoring makes this a perfect health monitor for anyone who wants to take control of their health. Impressed also with battery life lasting up to 7-8 days before needing to be recharged.

Great device, I recommend the extended warranty just in case (if you plan on using and wearing this everyday). The warranty will also cover replacing the battery within the period if it starts to wear out. Just a note, definitely purchase the sizing kit before hand! I originally did not think it would be needed but I was wrong and had to exchange my ring out. Good product so far :) I will also note that the matte can scratch easily (not sure about other colors, but the warranty covers scratches too)

Excellent ring !! Everything is accurate that it tracks and battery life is up to 4 days!!! It’s light weight and I don’t even notice it’s on my finger :)

Comfort 5 stars, it takes a bit to getting uses to but its comfy! Sensors are pretty accurate and reliable. I charge it once every 4-4.5 days and that’s wearing it all day and night. The app is also good, I enjoy reading the analytics from the night. Overtime the ring/app understands whats normal and what is not. It has determined I was getting sick a few days before hand.

I bought this ring for my elderly mom to help her track her sleep and overall wellness, and it’s been amazing so far. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and she forgets she’s even wearing it. I purchased 2 of these rings (stealth & cloud ceramic) , i’ve hear a lot of people say that the other versions are better but these help me and my husband so much we both have a lot of work hours and this helps us keep up with our sleep and our stress. I’ve been wearing it 24/7 and battery lasts around 1 week & a half but it only takes 20 minutes to charge. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I’ve had this almost a month now, so I’m ready to review it and I previously used an Apple Watch song comparing things to that. I love that the ring can last six days it seems to stand up to that as well. The sleep tracking is much better than the watch. I get more in-depth information relating to my sleep. All around I’m happy with my purchase and recommend. I love the temperature tracking and heart rate variable tells me more in depth about my stress levels throughout the day and makes me more mindful.

I have been wearing my aura ring once I finally got the right size for my finger and I am in love with it it is so on Target and on point and it doesn't just tell you what's going on it gives you direction and tells you what you can do to make things better I never take it off just to charge it don't need to take it off to shower it's worth every penny I have to tell you wish I could buy one for everybody I know

It’s a great tool. Helped me with getting to know my sleep pattern and how they affect my health/ how I feel. Also more accurately tracks my steps. Most importantly it tells me when I stress, when my heart rate changes and how my body will be that day based on my sleep and if my body recovered enough. Only complaint is that it’s a bit bulk so not great. Plus the required subscription.

Love it! I would totally recommend it. For me, it’s always been hard to lose weight, but since I got it, it has been helping me log my meals. That has really helped me stay on track with my goals. Even though it doesn’t give you exact calories, it does tell you if the food is nutritious or should be limited.

It works perfectly! I'm in love with my ring! It looks thick but fits perfectly on your finger. It doesn't bother you in your daily life! I highly recommend it!
