Recently purchased Sonance 6.1 Mag system and decided to higher Geek Squad for install since it looked to need more work than expected once I opened the box. Best Buy originally let me know when I purchased my system that wires were not included in the bundle and I had to purchase separately which I did, however when the agents arrived on installation date, they informed me to return the cables as they will provide higher quality cables at no additional charge! It took a few hours and they did not cut any corners. My backyard speaker setup is complete and ended up much better than expected as I took their suggestion on proper placement of speakers to cover my entire backyard area. Highly recommended.

Installers did an excellent, professional installation job

I am a total tech member, so I pay extra money annually to have “white glove service“ the speakers are great but geek squad service was awful. They sent people out to my house on two different days. They couldn’t do the job when they finally completed the job, they ran the wire through my walls and stapled it to the wall And made my house look like a college frat house I could’ve done a better job myself on top of it. They charge me $319 for install. When I called to complain, telling them that I have lost more money than that, having to take two separate days off work to accommodate their screwup’s, and the fact that I now have to repaint my entire back wall because of the shotty job they did drilling multiple holes and then spackling over that, their response to me, was “we installed the product, We are not refunding you the money” they don’t give a crap on how good a job they do or if they deliver what they promise. I am still fighting with them to get my $319 back don’t pay them to install anything you’re better off doing it yourself!!!

Agent came to my home and helped me figure out what works best for us. He even prayed with our dogs. The sound quality of the Sonos landscape system is amazing, it sounds like you're at a concert.

Brian answered all my questions, and did a great job at increasing the signal of my Wi-Fi, as well as getting a new subwoofer for my home entertainment center.
