The two gentlemen (Juan & Gustavo) that installed this very heavy appliance were absolutely wonderful! They removed the old microwave and hauled it away and installed this new fancy-dancy piece of equipment without issue. They then actually cleaned up after themselves...which was very unexpected and very much appreciated!

My microwave installation was excellent. I had a problem with the back wall was not level the first time they came out. I got the back wall fixed and went online to Best Buy and reschedule with no problems no issues. The installers came back out and then installed the microwave perfectly kudos!!

The installation of my Haier microwave oven was the absolute BEST I’ve ever had of an appliance! The installation from beginning to end took 11 mins!! I have NEVER seen such precision between two guys in my life. They arrived, quickly uninstalled my old microwave, unwrapped and installed the new Haier microwave, gave me my registration papers and they were out the door! Truly amazing work!! The installers were “AM Installation” MIKE & Nacho.

He did not have all the hardware at first when they first came to install it so it took a week and a half longer for them to get me the parts and then come back and install it. But, once they came back to install, they did an excellent job and it was not easy for them at all .I could see that, but they did a very good job and I’m very pleased.

Installation crew did a great job! They were fast and efficient, with great communication, and even fixed the duct attachment installed by the previous home owner (which was not even attached and was just blowing air back into kitchen)!

Installers came in time frame stated. Worked fast and clean. Looks great.

Great job on the installation. Came in, installed quickly and took the old microwave with them as well. There were still some leftover wood chips around the stove and floor from all of the drilling after they left, but they did a great job on the Microwave installation overall. Recommend the team 100%!!!

We had 3 microwaves since we have built this house. The builders used GE. So we stayed GE. Each one stop working within 2 years or a little more. Samsung microwave we haven’t had long. But so far. It looks great. Works beautifully. We decided to buy a Samsung Refrigerator.

Excellent installation service by Jefferson and Nestor from Master Pro. They were efficient, friendly, and conscientious with the clean up afterwards and polished the stainless steel portion of the microwave. OTR microwave works well.

The installer was experienced, but was way too focused on the vacation he was about to take. (We were his last installation prior to leaving.) He used the LG template to determine where to drill the holes in the cabinet above the microwave, drilled those holes and hung the microwave. But then he said that the threads of the hardware in the top of the microwave that the left mounting bolt went into were stripped and that I needed a new microwave. He left with the microwave missing one of its two mounting bolts, then arranged a call from your customer service folks, who called like he said they would. I explained what happened and they offered a replacement microwave, then, after checking, said that the model we had purchased was out of stock, but offered another of my choice to replace it. I told that individual that this was unacceptable, as I had purchased a range and fridge to match and nothing less than a direct replacement would be acceptable. I was informed in response that a replacement microwave would have to be scheduled within 15 days per Best Buy policy. The compromise was that I would call back the following Friday to schedule. Since I knew a direct replacement wouldn't be available then, I started thinking over options. It occurred to me that cleaning the threads on the existing microwave would enable the mounting bolt to be inserted, so when I called back and a new, identical microwave still wasn't available, I asked to have a service man come out again with a thread cleaner and a new mounting bolt. I told the woman exactly what to write in the service instructions, but she didn't because when a different serviceman came, he didn't know any of this. The new serviceman evaluated the situation and found that the hole in the bottom of the cabinet above the microwave did not line up with the threaded fitting. He drilled the hole out, inserted and tightened the bolt and it was installed the way it should have been in the first place. So, the original serviceman didn't want to take the microwave down off the wall, drill out the mounting hole and remount the microwave, because he was going on vacation. His solution was to mislead me (the threads were not stripped), have Best Buy send and install a replacement microwave and have me, your customer, jump through hoops to arrange all of that, when about 15 more minutes of work would have done what all of that was supposed to accomplish. What a hassle. I'm glad I didn't cave to a lesser and non-matching microwave, as I would have been unhappy for a long time. I'm glad instead I asked for a second service call, as the other serviceman figured out what the problem was and didn't even have to take the microwave down to correct the problem. The original installer needs to be retrained to correct his own problems and not make them someone else's problem to fix. He needs to be informed of the hassles this caused for both Best Buy and your customer — me. He caused your customer service folks to jump through hoops, He caused me to jump through hoops. And he nearly caused his employer to take back a perfectly good microwave and replace it at Best Buy's cost with a different one that your customer — me — would have been unhappy with. And even though none of that happened, Best Buy had the expense of a second service call that wouldn't have been needed if the original serviceman did what he needed to do while he was there. So, it all turned out great in the end, but it nearly didn't. If your serviceman reads this review, that may be enough retraining so this doesn't happen again. He's probably a good employee and an experienced installer, but what he did was unacceptable, even though it worked out okay in the end, despite how this whole escapade started.

It works great, great price and the crew that installed it were awesome and the best part it was so easy doing business with the local Best Buy store.

Installer was fast through and knowledgeable about appliances and made sure everything looked great and we understood how yo use them! Best installation of an appliance i have had.

These guys were amazing, very friendly, efficient, they were in and out in no time. They explained what they were going to do before doing it. Wiped up after themselves and were gone before you knew it… Great job

He was punctual, courteous, and professional. His ability to remove the old microwave and install the new one efficiently, without assistance, was impressive.
