The Best Buy Total Tech Employees (2) arrived at their scheduled time, removed our preexisting over the range microwave and installed our new LG Thin Q Microwave making sure it was all attached, hooked up, & working properly. They covered countertops and appliances properly to prevent any type of mishap. Both Techs were skilled in their jobs, efficient, and very polite. After they finished the install they cleaned up their work area in our kitchen and hauled away our old microwave oven too.

Microwave looks good and works well. It has all the features we needed and looked for. It was easy to install and the care Best Buy took to prep for removal and install and for our safety against Covid was exceptional

I love my new Whirlpool Microwave oven. The controls are easy to operate.Very good looking appliance. Beautiful dark glass window surrounded by beautiful chrome borders. Easy to learn how to operate the oven.Has all the features and operating features that makes foryou to see and understand the features of eacuvh control mechanism for efficieny and safe operating capabilities. I use it everyday and am very happy with it. This is the best appliance that i have purchased in at lease 7 years. Very impressed, it makes my life here at home one that is very convenient when it comes to cooking and warming.

The Best Buy Installers were very professional and courteous. they were respectful of my home and were very careful when installing this unit and of course the unit worked perfectly after the install.

The Thermador over the oven microwave is a very good and efficient unit to have in your home has many preset features as well as a timer for timing cooking within your oven.

My over the stove LG microwave arrived on time of the scheduled delivery. The Geek Squad installer called me twice prior to arriving as a curtesy. They were extremely professional. He installed it so quickly and effortless. I was very impressed!

The installation process was flawless. The came in and got started. They took our old microwave down and had the new one up in no time at all. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. I was impressed by how professional and polite they were. It was a seamless experience and they were a pleasure to work with.

Install was great! because I went to a low profile over the counter microwave from a normal one, I finished the tile before install. I measured everything but when install came, I was a little tight with the tile and bottom of the microwave. The installers made it work! They were fast friendly and even early to install. Definitely recommend install service.
