However, the replacement unit failed as well. So the entire microwave was replaced.

Transformer problem on new microwave

One Call and Done

The geek squad replaced the faulty microwave easily and the team was very efficient. The process to request and return and replace was very easy. One call and done.

They discovered a dent in the new microwave and said they will report it, schedule a replacement and return and install.

They arrived 15 min early very nice removed then replaced micro wave cleaned up then they were off to next assignment thank you.
