    Not only was it damaged when we went to get it from the store, but then to make it worse they said they refunded my card, but never did. Becasue I didn't notice until my credit card report came at the end of the month, the agent I spoke to on the phone said she couldn't do anything for me and kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. This is the worst experience I've had at any retailer in a very long time. I'm shocked and disappointed. I'm also out $549.

    Its a cool compact throwback. The material is cheap for what you pay for it and will not withstand use from teenagers for a long period of time. Mostly bought for a nostalgia shot.

    My husband absolutely loves it, he has been wanting something like this for 20 years. The only problem is now it seems like the joy stick is not working as well. My husband uses it for maybe 30 minutes every other day, the joy stick shouldn't have problems already 1 month in. He is not hard on it at all?
