Frustrating

I had to tear apart my dash to reset it on many occasions. My head unit and the harness were professionally installed by Best Buy. I am most likely going to replace it with a Maestro harness instead. It’s really irritating, because everything will function on my head unit, except for sound output.

Not happy with unit overall

In addition the radio is not Bluetooth compatible with Apple Car play which I was assured it was.
