Works Ok --- does what it is supposed to do

The technician advised me that everything went together just fine except the Dash Face Plate --- they had sent two right hand brackets instead of a right & left hand bracket. He modified it and made it work --- it looks fine and seems to work Okay. I am sure that my granddaughter will tell me if there is an problem shortly.

Great stereo attachment for any modern-day vehicle

Poor overall Customer Service

What is not good, and very poor customer service is the inability to reach Sean for follow up appt. or questions. This is a systemic problem throughout Best Buy/Geek Squad. Customers should not have to go through the loops you make us do only to have to wait over an hour to have possibly someone call back, or the inconvenience of driving back miles to schedule follow of conversation.
