This movie is mostly 'pain' from the standpoint of story line. It 'gains' from some of the action scenes. It is certainly not a comedy as described in the jacket. DD

Saw this in theaters and waited for it to come out on Blu-ray. Finally got around to picking it up and watching it again. It's a good film with a good amount of comedy, violence, action, and suspense.

Think no one watched or noticed this movie, that's a shame!!! Really entertaining and twisted story you won't believe is based on a real story

The movie makes light of a terrible series of events. If you go into the movie, like I did, not expecting much it is great. It is a movie that doesn't take itself too seriously and that is great

you cant say that there are many good Michael Bay films, well that is my opinion anyway. The only ones by him I like are "The Rock" and this film really. He did a pretty good job with it.

Marky Mark and The Rock are very entertaining in what amounts to a modern day Abbott & Costello flick. A fun ride!

Interesting movie! The Rock and Marky Mark are great in this movie. Not a movie if you're looking to contemplate and think about the meaning of life. Just a movie to sit back and enjoy.

Overall this is an entertaining film with some great miami scenery. The acting is solid, especially The Rock, but at the end I felt a little unfulfilled. Worth the time to watch.

I like mostly everything with Dwayne, his high energy is awesome, Mark is OK, he does a lot of movies and has a decent career. I enjoyed this movie.

An enjoyable film. Whalberg and the Rock are great together and really make this movie what it is. Never quite reaches it's full potential but none the less it is worth a watch.

Mark Wahlberg was good in this but he's good in almost everything. I didn't think the characters clicked but it worked somehow. Pretty good movie.

Nice Saturday night flick and was not the typical Rock'em/Sock'em Dwayne Johnson action flick. It was nice to see him in a different roll.

Pain & Gain is one of the best Michael Bay directed films I've ever seen.

I was expecting a lot more comedy, but seeing as it is based on a true story I guess it couldn't be a true comedy movie.

It's funny that the movie actually pauses for a second to remind you that this is a true story. You couldn't make up a better plot for a movie if you tried.

Do not judge this movie because the Rock is in it. This is a great movie and a good performance by the Rock, even if you don't like him you will still like this movie. I've gotten many of my friends to watch this who didn't want to because the Rock was in it and they loved it. This movie has a great story that is also true. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and intrigued the whole time.

Anything with the Rock in it always turns out to be good. Not his best work but good movie overall

I really liked the movie. The quality of the movie is really good. Overall I enjoyed the movie but didn't like the hassle of getting the digital copy.
