Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sure this is a good accessory, but there are three versions and ALL REQUIRE an AC power adaptor. This version DOES NOT INCLUDE a power adaptor so is only compatible with the Stickup Cam indoor, the 2nd one includes an indoor AC adaptor the same as comes with the Stickup Cam indoor, the 3rd version comes with an indoor/outdoor AC adaptor. I wanted this for a stickup cam battery, but now this will FORCE it to become a wired camera. The way it works is you removed the base of the camera, and install this new base which has an extension that fits into the battery compartment. You then plug the base into the AC adapter which then powers both the camera and the pan and tilt. Specs state ONLY COMPATIBLE with the 3rd gen Stickup Cams. I will probably return, because I wanted this for an exterior battery camera. If I keep it is so I can use indoor. It is a waste of money to have a battery camera and then force it to become a wired camera. I wish ring had made this accessory work with off a 2nd battery, or they could also make the wired cameras to work outdoor with an outdoor AC adapter. Waste of products by duplication. The other versions cost 5-10 dollars more respectively. But if you try to buy the adapters separately it is 20-40 dollars. I would only buy this version if your camera has a AC adapter

While I’m sure this mount works exactly as intended and is a solid product, the listing is misleading at first glance. The actual mount should be shown first, then images of it being used with the camera. I do realize that not fully reading the description and making assumptions is on me, lesson learned. I returned this and purchased the camera instead. Just sharing so others don’t make the same mistake.

Peace of mind

Game changer to be able to not only protect our property but to also have peace of mind to swivel cameras around to make sure we shut the garage door

You can move to view your camera angle full 360 view around without worrying about physically moving it. Best addition to an already great product.
