TV survived lightning strike!!!

Just two days ago (6-19-12) our townhome was either struck by lightning or lightning struck extremely close. I was not home at the time but my wife thinks it actually hit our building. In the lightning strike I lost a wireless router, a DirecTV HD receiver, a HP Laser Jet printer and unfortunatly my 40" LCD tv the first one I ever bought :( All of these were connected to average surge protectors. Ironically when I bought the 40" LCD I also pruchased this Panamax surge protector; however, it was protecting a newer tv. My 46" LED was left untouched and is working perfectly fine thanks to this surge protector! I will be buying a second one for the replacement tv!
IT IS WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!

What can I say, it is a surge protector and I have not had any problems with it. It makes a great value if it does not protect or lighting hits and it does not work..
