The old microwave died and this Panasonic unit fit the space nicely. It seems to be well built and cooks tall/thick foods quickly. Relatively flat items (microwave popcorn, corndogs, pizza) however are below the level of the opening where the microwaves enter the chamber, so they cook slow and uneven unless raised up a couple inches. [Most of the dozen microwave ovens we looked at have the same geometry, so I suspect this is a common issue.]

This an 1100 watt microwave. Heats food very quickly. Had to learn new heating times compared to older microwave. Digital controls worked well. Am very satisfied with this device. The price was right. Fits well on the kitchen counter and does not take up too much space.

My small, apartment-sized microwave finally died after about 20 years. I wanted to replace it with a larger, more powerful model. This model is all I wanted. Large enough for my dishes, powerful enough to cook faster and better than the smaller one. The price was very reasonable.

This is a good mid-size microwave. Easy to use and heats food well. Sensors are a plus. Only drawback is that you can't set the defrost function with the timer. You must set it by weight only. It would be good to be able to do both.

It’s been 1 month & so far the oven suits us well. As others commented, 1 negative is the button to open the door. You need to push in hard. Am used to it now. Needed to review manual to learn details but it’s a pretty simple oven. Don’t plan to cook; just defrost & heat food.

This was a replacement for a microwave I really liked. Physical dimensions are the same and cooking is efficient. However the previous microwave light came on when I opened the door but this one only lights up after the start button is pressed. I miss that light.

We purchased this microwave for our kitchenette in our family room in the basement which has recently been finished. We have been very satisfied with the performance of this countertop microwave. It fits very nicely in the cabinet opening for a microwave. It has all the features we were looking for. We feel confident that the microwave will last us many years.

I really like this microwave. It's has a good size interior so my larger dishes and Corningware pots fit and the food cooks evenly. The buttons are hard to read in dim light. If the button labels were in white rather than red, they'd be easier to read but the overall look of the oven would suffer. It's very quiet. Overall, I'm very happy with this oven.

This is my 2nd Microwave & im happy that I paid more for this brand. It’s better. Way better. Pay more! Big inside & heats fast.

Overall I like this microwave oven. It is very attractive with many good features. It performs well in most ways my only caution is that you may have to cook food longer than product directions indicate. But with usage you can figure out how to adjust timing needs.

This is a nice size microwave. Noise level isn't too bad compared to others I have had.

This unit is a nice mid-sized one. Overall it works well and does the job. A couple of small items we did not like. The light only comes on when it's heating. When the heating is done it only beeps once then does not give any reminders.

I like the features and the 1100 watts of power. The styling is clean & attractive.

This microwave is powerful, good looking and very functional. It does not take up a lot of counter space and has all the latest in one touch buttons and electronics that we need for a two person home. Well worth the price.

Its what I expected from the performance standpoint. It would be nice if the light come when the door is opened

Replaced a 1200 watt unit, has 1100 watts--does everything that the old unit did.

The microwave door feels very light and the overall weight is not very heavy. It does a good job of cooking, but the wattage seems lower than advertised. Not a lot of bells and whistles but it does it's job without a problem.

Good unit replacing an old Panasonic. Like the 1100 watts of cooking zapping.

This microwave is a great product for the price. I’ve used it to reheat and defrost, and no complaints. Easy to use!
