Easy buttons and fast heating. Stainless easy to clean inside and out. It’s a realizable brand and love it.

Heats food well and evenly! It is a bit slower than a similar wattage microwave, but I presume that's mainly due to the focus on even cooking. Reheating is also a breeze with the useful auto-reheat wizard button. The wizard gets the food a little hotter than I usually prefer, but likely safer temperatures.

Simple controls and good size for our kitchen combined with quick and even heating of food makes this one a winner.

Great microwave but I agree the interior light could be brighter and the tumbler is easy to knock off the rotating element and the tumbler doesn't rotate. The tumbler could sit lower as it decreases the height of the inside especially if cooking something like popcorn.

I have had Panasonic Microwaves since the first Invertor type. I have replaced them only because I wanted bigger or better. This one is excellent - I find it take less time to do the same reheat or cook items... Example - heat a breakfast sausage/egg/cheese thing - old 1.2 cubic ft 1250 watt unit = 2 minutes this one 1min 30 seconds....and Best Buy free shipping and it arrived a day early! Great product great team -- Love it....

This is the first new microwave that I have bought in 42 years since my old Panasonic microwave lasted that long. I love the newer version of my old one—it’s more compact and has more wattage. I like the new one since it has same style of buttons and a few newer ones. It works great!

Perfect for a normal kitchen. Not to big, not too small. Easy to use and reasonably stylish. Good value for the price.

This is the best microwave that I have ever purchased. It is easy to use and cooks/heats perfectly. It took me forever to receive help and I had to do the associates job but overall the product is wonderful.

This microwave is very fast, the temperature throughout the food being heated is even, and the numeric keypad is easy to use. The only drawback is that we are having to relearn how long to cook everything because of its speed and if you overcook the food it, dries out quickly. We hope it is reliable for at least 5 years.

Although this is a good looking the microwave oven that appears to be a well-built, It does not perform any better than my other Panasonic microwave oven. Panasonic advertises this oven as superior in performance to those that came before it, but I have not found this to be true.

This was intended to be a Christmas gift for myself, because after 9 years, my current one was shorting out intermittently when shutting the door. I wanted to continue with a Panasonic microwave with the Inverter technology for perfect defrosting. I am accustomed to a microwave large enough to accommodate a 13"x9" glass pan, which made the 1.6 cu. ft. interior the perfect size. The exterior of this model is similar in appearance to mine, with stainless steel and silver finish. However, I ended up returning this microwave because unlike the website photos which displayed a brightly illuminated white interior, this microwave actually has a dark gray interior with a very dimly lit (penlight size) illumination inside. With the black glass door, it was too dark to see what you were cooking, and I couldn't live with that. I received another Panasonic microwave for Christmas that had the white interior, so I am keeping that one.

This is a bigger unit than the one replaced. It is a great looking appliance. Fits well in our kitchen.

Love it! It's a great brand and quality it's awesome. I'm not a professional reviewer but I can tell you it does the job great and it's easy to clean up. The deep blue color inside of it makes it's look so classy. Overall great item.

I had no idea Best Buy sold microwaves! Looks modern and has a blue clock light which I love. It heats up food almost twice as fast as our old one!

This microwave heats much faster than our old GE 1000W that broke. I also really enjoy the sensor reheat feature that heats coffee and most foods to the perfect temperature without having to guess the right time. My only minor gripe is the blue digital readout is slightly harder to read at an angle than the white readout on the GE, but otherwise it's a microwave I'd highly recommend.
