I like this product a lot. lots of useful features, a trusted brand that's been around forever. no issues so far since we've owned it. had to spend a bit more to get the features I wanted since the last time we bought a microwave over 20 years ago, but it was worth it. over 1200 watts is nice.

I love this microwave, works well, is easy to use and intuitive. I don't like that I have to open the door to set the timer. It is very quiet and heats/cooks well. I purchased this after looking at reviews in Consumers Reports, not been disappointed, yet

We've had it for a month and I'm happy to say we've finally got a microwave that heats evenly and never fails to please. So many features and cooking options ... I'm embarrassed to say it is used primarily to reheat leftovers, which it does flawlessly. I did have to change the ArcFault/GFCI breaker out for a standard GFCI as the ArcFault was too sensitive and would trip every time we used this oven. Note this is a nearly dedicated 20A (12GA wire) circuit with just the fridge on the same circuit. The house is 35 years old when kitchen wiring had a few outlets per breaker.

This is a really fantastic microwave, and has helped me transition away from treating the microwave as a dumb “cook for 30 seconds” appliance. My only complaint is the door doesn’t open every time you press the button, but total tech took care of that

Cooks evenly with plenty of power. Generally easy to use but would have preferred to have a number pad for setting time etc. Highly rated by a consumer magazine.

So far, a very good unit. More powerful than my previous one. One drawback is the controls are like hieroglyphics. You have to open the door and refer to the key to know what the controls mean.

It cooks, heats, and defrosts better than our old microwave. We had to throw out the 30 year old microwave when my wife got a pacemaker. Apparently the shielding wasn't that good back then. The control panel is different but interesting. I keep a cheat sheet handy for when I want to try something new so it works just fine for me. My wife prefers an old number panel but has learned how to use the new panel.

This microwave performs way above my previous one. There are no numbers on it, so setting the clock and cook time can be tedious if in a hurry. It has some nice one button features, but they are picture coded which makes them difficult to decipher at times. Even though it features buttons that will cook your food properly, we find that we use the 30 sec button since it's a little faster. With foods with longer cook times, we have to hold down a button until it scrolls up to the needed cook time. After two years of use, I have been able to adapt. I also printed from the manual an enlarged copy of the Codes with descriptions and placed them in my recipe notebook that I keep on the counter. I have acclimated, so I am content and would recommend it due to quality of cooking; but I definitely would purchase one with number keys next time. It all depends on what you're willing to put up with.

We've been happy w/this microwave. It does what we need it to do, but we do miss the old "minute plus" button which would instantly set it to run for one minute (minor, I know). It does have a rather cheap, tinny sound when closing the door. Despite what some reviews indicated, it does have an interior light that is on both when it runs and when you open the door. It does simply go back to showing the time when it's done rather than reminding you something is in there.

Great microwave meets all my requirements. You will learn the keypad very soon. However note that the rotating tray sits high (its not in a dip) and does take up some of the space in the microwave. Also the internal light is on the side and not bright enough to see the inside without peeking.

This microwave fits inside an existing cabinet and does a nice job with heating and reheating. My one complaint is there are no numbers on the screen - it’s all symbols. I can’t say it’s that intuitive but it hasn’t really caused a problem yet so I guess it’s fine.

It microwaves a bit faster than my old microwave, so I really have to watch it. The display takes some getting used to. I have to keep the direction booklet handy, but I’m sure, with time, I’ll get used to it. Cooked baked potatoes perfectly with the sensor cook.

Works great. Touch screen controls are better than knobs and push buttons and hopefully last longer.

The overall quality and performance of our new microwave fully meet our expectations. We are struggling a bit to understand and effectively use the controls, but are doing very well as long as we use the simplest controls.

We purchased this on the recommendation of Consumer Reports reviews. So far, it's been a great addition to our kitchen. It's powerful, efficient, and easy to use right away with the basic settings. We're still learning many of the other programming options.

Great microwave, we love it! Well-made and cooks evenly! Easyto use once you get the hang of it. Panasonic makes amazing microwaves, our old lasted for over 20 years before we had to replace it and so we bought another Panasonic.

Efficiently sized Microwave Oven - heats food evenly by operation with intuitively designed touch controls.

Replaced a 5 year old Panasonic and was pleasantly surprised at the features and improved efficiency of our new microwave. It seems to be a better built and more solid appliance, with more power and intuitive controls.

The microwave had a dent in the back but it does appear that the performance is affected. I would recommend more packing material to avoid this issue. The entry of cooking time is a bit touchy and you can overshoot the desired time which requires backing down.
