Foods heat quickly and evenly. Touch pad controls took a couple minutes to figure out. Bigger size than our old microwave, and more powerful.

This microwave is exquisite and exceptional. Though originally designed in 2015 (hopefully updated in some ways but I'm not sure) it seems way ahead of its time. Based on other reviews I will treat the door as my first Born child and not allow other humans to lay a hand on it. My hope is it will last forever and without question the universe owe's my something like that.

Panasonic Genius Prestige Microwave Oven 1.6 cu. ft Replaced another brand which was dead simple to use but short lived. Looks really nice in stainless steel. Very sleek and modern. I find the touch sensor button panel to be a bit confusing. It definitely isn’t the easiest microwave you’ll ever use. I am a tech savvy person and I know my way around most electronics. This was the first microwave I ever looked at and paused because I had no idea how it worked. I don’t find it at all intuitive. Hang on to your manual, because you’ll refer to it often, but once you get the hang of it, this thing works like a charm. Sensor cook and Sensor reheat are great features. At 1250 watts, it is higher powered than average and may require a little experimenting to get your times just right in accordance with your preferences. The interior light is nice and bright. The display panel light is dim and some will find it hard to read. Operating noise is about average. The door is solid and closes securely. After 6 weeks use, I’d say this is a keeper. I hope it is as dependable as other products I have from Panasonic.

This microwave was just too too big for us in our home and my hubby did not want it. He could not figure out how to use it compared to a smaller unit so we exchanged it for another.

while this is a countertop microwave, it is to replace my old one which is installed in a cabinet with a trim kit I was able to order a trim kit and it looks like a custom install.

I like the slick and easy to clean microwave. The controls were just a little bit to get used too, but once I did, I really like it, very happy with my purchase!!

Consumer Reports top rated. Used price match guarantee with great customer service assistance. Haven't had to purchase new microwave in 30 years. Did research and decided on this model. Easy to use, owners manual easy to read/understand and registered just in case. So far so good. Would recommend.

Having used the Genius Prestige Plus for more than a month to reheat left overs and heat frozen dinners, I love the sensor technology used to evenly cook my meals to perfection. The icon functions were amazingly easy to learn and use. It is by far the best microwave I have ever owned!

Compact. Works really well. Had to get use to the different usage on this product, but over all I love it. I love Panasonic and most of my products are Panasonic.

This a wonderful microwave. I purchased this mainly to air pop popcorn within a short time (only takes 3 minutes), in the cusinart pop n server silicone bowl popper. However, this microwave is a great multi-function designed for anything that you want a microwave for.

Big change from my 10-year old microwave this replaced. Much faster, easier to clean, and has a temperature feature that measures when food is cooked. Quite pleased with this after almost 2 months.

Our first Panasonic came damaged in the box but the replacement was on time and damage free. The Panasonic microwave is quite nice. We haven’t learned everything about it yet as its difficult to understand the directions so it will be some time before we become proficient. We are learning by trial and error. Cooking times are difficult to understand and how to use the timer.

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to figure out the buttons. One quick read of the manual and I had it down. Easy to operate! LOVE the defrost feature, does a great job!
