The functionality is great. Seems to cook/defrost very well. Not quite as user-friendly as my previous microwave and I need to check the manual often. Also don't like that I can't cook and run a timer at the same time. I think I could program some more advanced cooking combinations, but I haven't figured that out yet. Also not completely sure I understand how to change the power level. I admit to not being adept at electronics, but I do think the functions could be a bit more intuitive.

I chose this microwave for the 'inverter' technology, and was very pleased how evenly this heats foods on lower power levels. The control panel is a bit odd, with the staggered button rows. You have to repeatedly press the Power button until you reach the desired level, instead of Power + a number, like most other microwaves I've used. I wish the 'quick minute' button was combined with the Start button, to give it a 'one touch' capability.

It took forever to actually show up as it was on back order from panasonic. Once it got here, its nice. Unbelievably quiet. The only complaint would be the door was sagging, right out of the box.

Would give a 5 if the control buttons lit up. Takes a bit of getting used to a much higher powered microwave.

This microwave handles all of the main functions that you would normally require. The only small negative comment that I have is that the clock display is not bright enough.

My Panasonic microwave is performing as I expected. I'm glad the microwave was light enough for me to easily carry onto my counter. The microwave is noisier than I expected but still tolerable.

Easy to use even for our 95 year old great grandpa

We love the microwave, The Sensor Reheat and Sensor Cook work every well. We do not need to know how much time to reheat or cook the food. it is very good for the new feature of a not very expensive microwave.

Chose this because of sufficient wattage to cook in shorter time

I owned a Panasonic before and will again. last one lasted 12 years.
