Works well, but control interface is awful!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comparison with similar older Kenmore 1 minute quick set Kenmore = push one button Panasonic = push 30, push 30 again, push start. 3 pushes Set power level at 10% Kenwood = Push power level button, then push number 1 for 10% Panasonic = Push power level button 10 times for 10% 10 pushes instead of 1 Soften butter Kenwood = push soften, select menu 1, select 1 for 1 stick, push start : 4 pushes Panasonic = Push power button 10 times, push 2 and 5 to get 25 seconds, push start: 13 button pushes (and there are no instructions on softening butter) This would be a GREAT microwave if it had even a decent user interface, but the user interface on this microwave is atrocious!

Didn't Hesitate to buy another one

Lightning strike took it out of commission so I ordered the same thing. Hopefully it will last another 10 plus years.

Read online that this has been observed by others, so we decided to purchase a new microwave oven. The Best Buy employee who assisted us was very helpful, and took it out to the car for us after the purchase.

It was reasonably priced and I am very pleased that it can accommodate a standard 9"x13" Pyrex baking pan with room to spare.
