This 1250 watt microwave replaced a smaller microwave that was 1000 watts. I'm surprised by what a difference 250 watts makes! It's very easy to use, has great features and gets the job done so much better and faster than what we had. It's very spacious and with the sensor reheat or sensor cook features, I can simply press a button. When it's done, the food is always perfect. Set it and forget it. I can reheat 3 different items at the same time and all will be just right. Also a good price. We're very happy with this purchase.

We owned the previous model of this microwave since 2003. Until last month, it operated perfectly. We ordered this new model from Best Buy at the best price around and received the microwave in perfect condition in only two days. The microwave is a dream to use and the new start and stop buttons will certainly outlast the previous touch screen start and stop. The latch works easily also so we expect to have this model operate perfectly for many years ahead.

This microwave works perfectly. All of the problems in previous models have been fixed in this model and I expect to receive more than the 12 years of good service I got from my previous Panasonic microwave. The size was exactly the same as the model I replaced so the microwave fits into its built-in shelf over my oven. There are many pre-programmed cooking selections and the 16" turntable holds all my large dishes. The purchase experience at Best Buy was even better than the microwave. Customer Service helped me order the microwave online and it arrived in three days in perfect condition. The price was better than any other store and shipping was free.

I love the size and the buttons stick out for the on and off It was just what we were looking for. My husband loves that the sound and when it makes the ding when it is done is not loud.

I enjoy the variety and challenge this game represents.

This is the best microwave we've ever owned. Much better than the Sharp witch had a flimsy door and started arcing after only two years. This unit is very solid, heats and reheats fast and evenly. Also very easy to clean.

Door latch mechanism failed after 3.5 years. Unit would not operate. Too costly to repair. Had to purchase new different brand of microwave oven. Had a similar Panasonic microwave oven before this one that lasted about 8 years.
