I needed a hands free headset for my 'antique' cellphone. I did not want a Bluetooth set, this wired headset met those needs. I have been told that the quality of sound from the mic is very good.

This headset is extremely comfortable, has acceptable sound quality and useful features at a very reasonable price.

This is an excellent earpiece with good sound and the added feature of being able to mute the conversation. I use it to get others things done if I expect to be on hold for a long time.

The sound was good but the plastic parts break easily

I find the ear piece hard to get on then once on, does not feel secure. I will be looking for another headset. The sound and reception are just mediocre.

I have a hearing loss...using this headset helps me concentrate on the entire telephone conversation...in addition, I enjoy not having the hold the telephone as the headset eliminates the need for that. (The wires could stand being a little sturdier...this is just a suggestion. I replace the headsets when a problem develops with it.)

It functions as it should, however callers say they have difficulty hearing me.

Horrible sound and the most uncomfortable device on the planet. Could not get this thing to stay on my ear, let alone comfortably. Returned it. Piece of junk.

I've tried many headsets with my phone and this seems to be the only one that works well. It fits comfortably over the ear and can be used with either ear.

My callers on the other end could hear great for the first 2 weeks. Then I started getting complaints that I sounded like I was far away.

When I ordered this I thought it was smaller and light weight . It was too heavy on the ear and wouldn't hold firmly .

this is a very good headset, I tried several different brands and this was one of the cheapest and best.

I like the size of the ear bud but it does not fit well on your ear.

My husband needed a new headset for an old phone. This has worked perfectly....Just what we needed.....

Did not work well. It was uncomfortable. I'm glad I could return it.
