This headset is easy to use, has good volume, good sound

I wasn't able to use use in my office because they weren't compatible with the phones.

Hearing the other callers on the line was fine but their ability to hear you was very poor. The mic on the headset did not clearly or with enough volume pick up my talking. Callers could barely hear me making it an unusable option.

Works fine for the amount of use I give the headset.

The head set works really well, once you get it over your ear. Others can hear me very well and I can hear them. It is difficult to get over my ear, but once in place it works fine.

REplacement for a Plantronics I had for years that finally gave up. Good sound clarity and comfortable, however it can be a little challengining to get to fit over the ear at times.

These are nice headphones of good quality. I use them every time I talk on the phone!

This headset works great. I prefer over the ear and this provides the quality that I need for working from home.

I am on my 4th headset. I prefer this style. Easy to clip onto ear. Don't like the headband style that always feels too big for my head. Mute button is great for walking around or other interruptions in the room. It was half price online and the clerk in the store matched that, therefore I didn't have to pay for shipping. So, one for home and one for work.

This handset provides good crisp quality for both sides of the call. The mute button is a little tricky though.

This is just a proprietary phone ear piece and works with absolutely nothing else.

Great if you have a friend who likes to talk, avoids hand cramps. Also good for calling computers that require inputting numbers.

I need to have my hands free at work. This allows me to do just that. A great buy from a great company!

The audio was (according to my callers) VERY POOR. I can't use it EVERYONE complains and asks me to call them back. I was using this for a Crisis Hotline... as a volunteer. The only thing I volunteered here was to throw my money away! (I pitched the packaging so I don't think I can return it.)

Makes being on the phone for long periods of time such a pleasure!!!

I would not recpmmend it. No wireclip, left cord to catch on everything. Earloop design was awkward. Volume was very poor.Had to put speaker to my ear to hear. Defeating the whole hands-free purpose.
