I need my hands free while working in my metal shop. It's loud enough, I can HEAR the phone ring and ONE of the three cordless handset has an AUDIO JACK so, I can plug in and wear headset. Being hands free allows me to multi-task and keep an eye on things. That is important to shop safety.

I needed a phone jack for my headset (Don't have a Bluetooth headset) and this model has no headset jack capability. Returned these for similar Panasonic phones with headset capability. Best Buy was very helpful in finding and swapping for the correct phones!

Replaced older cordless phones for home and the voice quality on these phones are a great improvement. The "special" waterproof and damage resistant phone with built in emergency flash light is perfect for extended outdoor use. Highly recommend these phone and would buy again.
