Degrees in MIS and CIS. We turned off the sound on the heavy duty unit, only to have it start up on the main unit. Would love to know how to shut off the voice caller ID permanently!!!

The speaker was wobbly sounding...now they just go off or go dead for no reason. I would not buy these phones again.

The con is when you are on the phone it's not very loud to hear people talking to you. It needs better speakers. If they would work on the speakers it would be awesome!
