This phone was difficult to set up and program due to the confusing directions. The silver-tone finish at the case tops are wearing off, after only one month of normal use! The phone functions well but the cheap finish is disappointing . Best Buy informed me that I must contact Panasonic about the finish wearing off.

My old LL phone was also a Panasonic but only blocked 25 numbers, I've had it for over 10 years so I was hoping modern tech had increased the numbers blocked, it did. The phone itself works great and is fairly strait-forward to use but the menu system may be hard for a new user/buyer, just use common sense and read the instructions, it gets easy fast. The sound quality is real good and as a senior (and musician of 50 years of blaring amps) the volume is loud enough for even me to hear. I had the handset off the charger for about 30 hours and it still worked good. The main thing for me is that I can now block 250 idiot robo-callers (and others that rub me the wrong way) so now the phone don't ring 200 times a day, also, you can turn the ring off on blocked calls so they don't wake you up at 3am. I'm lovin' this phone so far, had it about a month now.

The Panasonic phone system exceeds my expectations. I just needed a cordless phone with two satellite phones and I got that and a lot more. It came with a digital answering machine, blue tooth so I can even answer my cell phone thru the cordless phone system. Our kids are grown but when the grandchildren are hear it can even be a baby monitor. It has a huge phone book storage capacity and easily blocks numbers, easily eliminating annoying telemarketers. I highly recommend this phone for its ease of use and features combined with a reasonable cost.

I needed to replace my cordless phone and I went back to Panasonic because you can buy sets with various number of handsets. I chose 3. The reception is great and I can take them out to the front porch or on to the patio and get great reception. You can easily program in numbers and do a variety of other things like call blocking by number or a group of numbers. Can also be used as a baby monitor. The base securely hold the phone for charging, no doubt it's charging. The price was the best I could find and free shipping-great deal!

We needed a new phone system, as my wife now has hearing aids. This is a very good system, and the quality of sound and volume is very good. the only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is that at first, it was not very easy to learn how to use. Still not sure we know all of the features it has.

This is a product for anyone who doesn't want to have to find your cell phone when it rings at home. Easy setup, great features and a very reasonable price!! No more running downstairs to answer the cell phone, as we now have a handset upstairs!!

Love the good quality cordless phones. They allow you to make outgoing calls from up to two cell phones or to answer calls to the cell phones using the cordless phones saving time and helping out aging parents to use a nice cordless that is easy to find and charge in up to three rooms! Perfect choice!

We finally replaced our 12-year old phones with a "modern" (i.e. DECT 6.0) base and 2 remote handsets. The reception is very good, even upstairs and at the opposite end of the house. Setup was easy, but be sure to cancel any call forwarding and voice-mail service before you connect this (or any) system with a built-in answering machine. Battery life on the hand sets is excellent. Off the cradle, our handsets will work for over 3 weeks before needing a charge. This will obviously depend on "talk time", but idle battery life is exceptional.

This phone system is attractive and easy to set up, having said that, there are a few things that you must read about either on-line, or in the manual. A good system, but learning the operation and functions require patience.

Picked these up to replace an older set. Needed the multiple phones to cover the house. Very clear sound and great reception. Very easy to set up.

This system has a few extras. It has, though, incredible Bluetooth range. It picks up my iPhone from the bedroom when the base is in the kitchen. I don't know, but maybe the satellites also relay the Bluetooth signal. In short, it allows me to answer our iPhones from wherever we have one of these phones. It has redial and announces caller ID. It has no speakerphone capability. The price is good looking at its features, though it does not have all the features of the more expensive sets

This model is an upgraded version of the landline phone system I had previously. I found this design and functionality improved. We use the landline very rarely, so a basic system meets our needs.

Easy to use, sound clear for someone who is hearing impaired. Caller ID print large & easy to read. Well pleased with system. Numerous great features.

Love the fact that you can block many annoying telemarketing calls. easy install, pairs with Bluetooth. Would recommend.

The setup was easy and functionality was intuitive. Instructions are clear but not too necessary because the labeling of all the functions on the equipment is very clear. Would recommend to a friend for sure.

Replaced our old Panasonic cordless phone system with this newer model that includes pairing your cell phone. After pairing both our cells received a call and worked just fine, as i am always leaving my cell phone downstairs. At this time we are pleased with how they are working and as always with any purchase from Best Buy if they don't perform satisfactorily i can return for a refund.
