While there are certainly not as many choices for landline phones as in the good old days, this phone adequately does the job. We have it working wirelessly off of our cable phone, and the sound quality is clear and loud. The phone appears to be relatively well-made, although it's still not going to hold up to hard-core pounding. It's expandable, which means that a growing family can buy more handsets and chargers as needed. Overall this is a solidly recommended product.

We got these house phones because of the look and features. It's a 3 pack and the phone offers a nice selection of ringers. My only complaint would be that the bluetooth feature to hook to your phone doesn't seem to work well. Every time I pick the house phone for my cell calls the other person cannot hear me. Otherwise the phones are great, good sound and great aesthetic look!

Base and two additional units.. clear sound, easy dialing, but still haven't figured out voicemail retrieval...

This phone was very easy to program. Also this model has a feature that a voice announces who is calling!

I have always purchased Panasonic phones for their value. Simple to use, un-complicated. Take out of box, add batteries, charge for 8 hours. The phone base has an answering machine for msgs to be recorded. Since most people are primarily using their cell phones these days, I would not spend too much for a lan line.

Delighted with this phone set. It was quick and easy to install, and works very well. Especially like the call block button! The only minor annoyances are the bump on the back which is intended to hold it on the shoulder. Just feels funny in the hand. Also, the volume button is easy to hit by accident when picking up the phone. Not really cons, just take getting used to. Overall, very pleased.

Just changed over to Vontage and needed a new phone for the house. I went over to Best Buy and looked at a few phone systems. I ended up picking this one based on some reviews. I made the right choice. My wife and I really like the features and recommend it.

It was time to update a new landline phone. This is easy to operate and have the extra two phones where it's needed, the kitchen, and my living room and of course the base is in my bedroom. I would recommend this Panasonic KXTGL 463S to a friend or a family member.
