Great Telephoto Lens for the Price

Pictures in low light can be more challenging but I intend to use this lens mainly for wildlife during the day. However, you will be able to take some decent pictures of the moon as long as you accept that you will lose some sharpness at full zoom.

Great value

Light and compact for a super zoom. I am using it on the G85 and GX85 and the hybrid stabilizations works great on both. I was reliably able to track aircraft and birds without zooming in and out too much which is a testament to the OIS and IBIS combo. The lens is not premium sharp, but is great for the price, so unless you are a devoted pixel peeper you should be good. Contrast is better than expected and color is great with my bodies so I cant complain. Build is good, sealing is good, no zoom creep, and feels solid. All in all I thought I would be getting a good-enough super telephoto for basic birding, airshows etc. but wound up feeling it is much better than it should be for the price.

Probably one of the best values out there for something in this range of performance.

Excellent Telephoto!

Autofocus is lightning fast on OM systems cameras. Would be better if it was internal zoom, but other than that the build quality is a amazing
