Excellent walk around camera loaded with pro tools

Excellent video quality, fantastic image quality, excellent colors right out of the camera. The dual image stabilization makes for some tac sharp images.

The Pixel a of the G-series

ONE MAJOR CAVEAT -- the 1080p video performance is poor. The G2 was actually better. There's no reason in my mind for this downgrade and post conversion options are available but prepare for larger storage needs with 4k

Four-Thirds Workhorse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Panasonic G85 is a backup camera to my Sony A7III. Sony FE lenses can be large, heavy, and expensive so buying into the Micro Four-Thirds system allows me to buy more prime and telephoto lenses to use with the camera. The fully articulating screen allows me to get above or below shooting angles without sitting or lying on the ground. It shoots fast and the colors are nice. If I change my system in the future, it will only be for a body with a newer sensor.
