    It does everything I need it to do, fast! It does get hot because it's a laser unit, just remember to keep it away from flammables. I would give it a 4.5 overall.

    this machine jams constantly. It takes several tries to get any fax to go through

    This fax was easy to set up and was up and running fairly quickly. One thing the picture does not show is the tray that comes out the front on the bottom for the incoming faxes. This takes up a lot of counter space and was unanticipated.

    I bought this fax and it worked good for a few weeks.It then started to get paper jams with every fax we sent.I had bought Geek Squad service for it so when we took it in they just replaced it.The new one works real well so far

    Very happy with the fax. Had the same fax previously for several years without problems. Eventually the rollers kept jamming so we reorded a new fax.
