Can't be used in the panera app

Not sure if this make it less susceptible to having funds stolen from the card or not, if so, than that's not a bad thing.

Great Card! Just one thing...

Odd thing is that you can't use them online, the mobile ap or even at the kiosks in the store if you are using more than one. You have to use them at the counter. I tried using one at the kiosk and it looked like it was processing, but then didn't and I was told they don't work there either. Just odd.

Empty balance gift cards

I gave them as Christmas Gifts, and this was very embarrassing for the person to call me because there wasn't a balance on the two Panera gift cards. When I check the receipt the two serial numbers listed did not match either of the cards that I had received.
