Got this for my 14 y/o daughter. She loves it. Good reception. Decent battery life and easy to use. Good for texting. Happy with it so far.

nice size. beautiful colors takes nice pictures. keyboard is good, but auto correct is a little bizzare with the things it comes up with.

The phone is a good one if you don't want to pay for the data plans all of the companies have. I didn't. Best Buy had a great price on the phone, but poor customer service. I waited for over 2 hours to get my contact list transferred to my new phone. After that I was told they couldn't do it. I spent 3 more hours at home doing the transfer.

Battery life seems shorter than usual but it's workable, might be better if my wife (she uses it) would charge it more regularly.

Just a good basic phone. like the grippy back. easy to navigate

This phone is for my teenage son, so for a begginner it's good. Qwerty board is great easy to text. Camera is not that great, can't zoom for pics. Overall, you get what you paid for!

My wife used this phone for less than a week - it was constantly dropping calls (AT&T), and had terrible battery life. She also had trouble with the keyboard, and the general User Interface itself. Traded this in on the LG Expression and she couldn't be happier!

Bought this for my middle school daughter, she rarely calls, texts throughout the day with ZERO issues. When she does call me, it's always a clear call and have not ever had a problem. Great phone for what it is!

have had the phone for approximately a month and am pleased with it. it lags a bit on performance but overall it is a solid device.

I think its a great little phone for someone not into a data plan at this point. It also has the option for it if I decide I want it. Sort of like a crossover phone.

I am so disappointed in this phone. We have a family plan through AT&T, but don't have a data plan. We were eligable for upgrades and came into Best Buy since they usually have a great selection. This phone was one of two low or no cost for upgrades. The calander will not allow repeating events or holidays. The other features are poor also. So much for getting a decent phone with out paying for a data plan.

I left a great priced phone contract because of phone reception from where I live. I purchased a new phone and company because I thought I could get better reception. NOT TRUE. I wish the store I bought this from had an idea what kind of service I would get. I am so disappointed!!!

Everything is good but would like to get a replacement ASAP due to the speaker problem which I hope is an isolated incident. It became that through normal use.

My son loves it! He got it for his 12th birthday and can't stop thanking me for it.
