I choose to pickup instead of shipping because someone on here got it shipping and it was damaged. So my pickup product is not damaged

So how am i supposed to review the item if the USPS refused my package because it was visibly damaged? And i havent gotten any updates and lost about 90 dollars after waiting for almost a month.
