    I bought this while on sale as a backup drone. It feels a bit flimsy, but don't let that fool you. This is drone is packed with possibilities.

    Experienced a fly off with the safety parameters set. Parrot did nothing. Referenced a software bug but did not replace. Stick to a different brand to start. Camera appeared great but all was lost on the fly off.

    Buyer Beware. Parrot does not offer warranty repair or exchange in the US. They claim they do but they told me there is nothing they can do for me since they do not have warehouses in the US only in Europe. The drone is amazing when it works. If you do buy it make sure to buy extended warranty so that you have some sort of support for this drone. I bought mine from Best Buy without extended warranty. Parrot will not let Best Buy replace it under warranty and they wont ship you a new one in the US. Amazing drone, non-existent manufacturers warranty.

    Terrible product. It worked for about 12 hours and then the app began crashing and I ended up with a $600 paperweight. Parrot is absolutely no help, it takes them a week to respond to tech requests, and each solution solves nothing. For a product this expensive, I would expect a measure of quality control, but sadly, it appears Parrot is a take-your-money-and-run company with equally terrible products. Avoid this drone like the plague.

    Do not buy this product! It fell apart on my third flight. There is no way to contact the manufacturer and Best Buy will not answer the phone.

    Defective--would not fly. The app kept crashing, despite several attempts at removing and reloading from the app store. Had to return the drone unfortunately.
