    Great sales help at Best Buy, no blame to them. I got this drone for a special cruise trip celebrating my Mother In Law's 80th birthday. Updated all software and my cell phone as required. I set up the drone ready to take some special memory photo's and videos, but all it would do was have powerful wing spin without lifting off the ground. I was not in restricted air space. Very disappointing. I called and spoke with Parrot's technical assistance personnel who were very pleasant, but nothing they could tell me helped me get the drone off the ground. I was not in restricted airspace. Disappointing. I packed up the drone and returned it when I got back from the trip.

    First flight was great. Realize there is a learning curve to flying any drone. Second flight flying in normal mode at 130 feet up egine failure on #2 engine. Crash Landed in a tree at the very top say 50’ up. Can’t get it down and Parrot is very slow to cover under warranty so far.
