Owned this for around 2 months now, our family has had a lot of fun with it, it hovers well as long as there's not a lot of wind, the auto land and take off works really good. It's been crashed a few times but has been very durable we've only had a propeller break and that was because of hitting a very solid tree limb with it, in plane mode the stunts it can perform are pretty cool, it also will float on water (lol) we accidentally landed it in a pond and it stayed up just like it would have on dry ground, we were able to retrieve it and flew it some more

I own several intro drones and a professional DJI drone, but I picked this one up for my son for Christmas. I was able to teach him how to fly it in minutes. It hovers in place well and easily flips from drone to plane mode. I would recommend this one to anyone.

Bought it for my 11yo for Christmas. Wanted a less expensive drone type device he could learn to fly. He picked it up quickly and has had a lot of fun with it. It did get carried a bit far away on a windy day so beware of that. It is light which is good because it hasn't broken when they have crashed it. (They will) I had warned my husband that since it was quite windy it would likely get carried away (of course they ignored the advice!) But all's well that ends well. They watched it carefully and were able to find it without trouble. Most drones will get carried away on the wind so that's not unique to this drone. It is lighter than others but that lets him fly it in the house. We do have a part of our house opened up to the second story so we do have some high ceilings and a lot of room to fly it indoors. That helps! It is a bit noisy--buzzy sounding--so beware of that when inside. Can drive your other kids or yourself crazy if you aren't expecting some noise--Like if it is flown into your room to land on top of you when you are sleeping or is being flown about when you are doing homework...

This is an awesome VTOL MiniDrone. Takes off vertically, and can dynamically switch to forward flight (like a plane), and switch back to quad-mode, at the switch of a button. SDK available to program the drone for automated flights. Try a free IOS/Android App called Tynker, for using a scratch like interface to program the drone for fully automated flights, using your tablet. All in all, a great drone.

Got it for my son for Christmas, he's 26! Loves toys! He really likes it, easy to fly and maneuver. The propellers break easily though. Recommend selling replacement parts in store!

My 14 year old and 12 year old love this drone! Super easy to fly and way cool on airplane mode. Goes pretty fast and far. Boys got another drone for Christmas and it malfunctioned after a few days. We've had no issues with this. It's been stuck in a tree and some decent crashes and it's still going strong. I love it too!

Great drone for the price. Great for a first drone purchase.

Already wrote one review, for some reason best buy asked for a review again, I'm still very satisfied with it, since my last review I have gotten better flying it in plane mode and the swing is a lot of fun in plane mode. I've had several crashes with it and it's still going strong.

We purchased three different drones as Christmas gifts, this one was middle of the three in price and is by far the simplest to use. My husband and 14 year old fly it indoors and challenge each other on how close they can get to walls, the thing seems to stop on a dime.

Looking for a drone just to have fun with then this is a good buy. Easy to get started with, It has good control characteristics and easy to fly. Just wish that the battery would last a bit longer.

Great gift for an inexperienced Drone user Easy to operate and learn. Picture quality is good and instructions are easy to follow. Highly recommend this to anyone 15 or older Didn't realize this can be so much fun.

Fully charged flight time is about 7 minutes. It's great for beginners. Takes a lot of trial to learn but a great starter drone.

Skeptical at first but when my kids set it up and started flying was amazed. Sooo much better then that air hogs junk. Fun for all ages 6 and up.

Very impressed with the ease of setup and ability to fly this drone. It is made of styrofoam but still fairly durable. Was easily able to fly it on day one and quickly learned how to maneuver.

This is a nice drone. It can fly like a helicopter or like an airplane. The camera's not great but it's not meant to be. I've had a lot of fun with this drone.

Easy to operate. My son loves it. Would definitely recommend.

Great little drone but not good in wind at all. One gust and it was on my roofs
