We upgraded to this computer from a relatively old Dell. While I like it my husband has had some difficulty getting used to the major upgrades like the difference in Windows operating systems and the touch screen.

This is my second PC from HP and I really like it with the exception of having to do 9 downloads upon plugging it in. The PC is really fast, and it suits my needs.

This computer is lightning fast and more than able to handle the video multi tasks I need to do. The monitor is very clear and almost three dimensional. Would definitely recommend this for a mid-level computer.

We purchased this computer for our daughter. She uses it to do homework, play games, and watch movies. It was easy to set up and so far we have had no problems.

I was concerned about setting up and transferring over the data from my old computer. I found it simple and have enjoyed the ease of use of the new computer.

The service staff was awesome and the price point was great. The only problem is that all the usb ports are on the back of the monitor. It should come with an extension port/hub to make hookups easier.

Has great screen quality, the one feature I would change is the position of the cd/dvd player. Windows 10 still has some issues but that's not HP's problem.

I have this in my home office and it is great, takes up less space than having dual monitors, and the screen is definitely big enough to handle multitasking.

My secretary uses this computer to run most of our company. Works just as it's supposed to. And it's nice not to have to worry about cleaning a tower.

This product did not include a manual. Transferring data and programs from another computer was impossible. I accepted the free set up from the Geek Squad who basically told me how to turn it on. I even purchased a year of help but simply wasted six hours as the Geek Squad couldn't solve the problem with Quicken, suggested I purchase a new virus program even though the one I purchased from the Best Buy for the computer I was replacing still had nine months left, and didn't have time to help me with word. Hence, the four star rating. I purchased all new programs, installed them and the computer works fine. The large screen is perfect for reviewing two pages of a document at the same time.

Great large screen, you can run multiple screens and the color is amazing. It's bigger than wine televisions and makes working on the computer fun.

This is a great computer for my family with a large screen. Kids love that it's touch screen. Can do everything I need to do on a computer plus more.

The large monitor is easy to see whatever you're working on in great detail. The fast processor is incredible. I love the wireless keyboard and mouse.
