The only somewhat annoying part is constant updates and the difficulty to access the usb port, but its not a big deal. Other than that, I love the computer. Cortana is pretty good too.

Needed a new computer

The price on this unit was very good, and after lengthy conversation with the BB associates, I choose this model. WOW I didn't realize how nice this computer is---fast, all in one, touch screen, and super easy to use ! Highly recommend this item if you are in need of a new computer.

So the steps required to access the web was daunting, as we are elders (rather than babes) in the woods. But phone calls and E-mails to Best Buy's Geek squad, and with our provider, 40 miles distant, always produced quick responses. Because of the holidays, a complete installation remains an ongoing process.

Great all-in-one computer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer because I did not want to spend a ton of money on a amazing computer, however I did love the apple design of an all-in-one plus the touchscreen just put this over-the-top! The processor is extremely quick with Intel Core i7 in addition I have found there to be plenty of ram always available, and I'm able to complete work in a breeze.
