First just let me say that I am a apple head, but I thought I would give the hp a try. I found myself not even utilizing the touch screen feature after about 3 or 4 days so that really didn't seem like a viable advantage. I really wanted an IMAC but I decided to give the HP the old college try because of the price compared to the price of the IMAC. I actually gave it a honest trial to see if i could live with it. Sad to say, I could not, windows 10 compared to IOS is absolutely sub optimal. It locked up without exaggeration about 10 or 12 times in the period of 30 days requiring a reboot. I returned the computer to the store and purchased the IMAC.

I ended up returning this one. I got it set up and worked for 4 hours in it. Shut it down properly, moved it and powered it back on and error. Ugh. Thankfully I returned it and they exchanged it for another one without a hassle.

It has issues with any other cordless keyboard... The one it came with is a cheap tiny flimsy piece of work. I keep taking it back and they keep telling me to try this one... Microsoft and Logitech will not work with this computer... So far! I am now waiting for them to call me as it is being looked at by the Geek Squad... Pretty soon They will have had it longer then I have been using it.

The HP computer started with difficulty upon my first try. Needed repeated attempts to download MS 10 software. After shutting down, the next day I was not able to restart it. Could hear the hard drive whirling and then stop. After nine attempts, I finally got a blue screen indicating that there was a problem. Geek Squad responded that I would have to bring it back for them to work on. I returned it and purchased a Dell 2 in 1 plus a Samsung Monitor and am very happy with this set up (has a solid state drive).

It's a nice looking unit and the display is awesome. The Operating System vaporized after about a month and I had to reinstall everything. Also I hate Windows 10 but it's what you get I guess. Overall a decent unit.

Got this to replace an HP i5 All-in-one computer. This one seems a little slower. Also the keyboard is smaller than the previous one (looked like it was designed for travel). Had to buy a replacement keyboard.

The PC performance is fine. For my use, needed a larger hard drive, so had to pay for that. I don't understand the positioning of the USBs. Poorly designed if you use jump drives / external devices frequently.

The speakers leave much to be desired. I would say this is my least favorite part of this computer. Other than that I love its full/quad hd display screen. Nice clean design. Good power for a desktop PC.

The computer has had to be rebooted numerous times because it will lock-up and not function. I have had this issue the whole time I have owned it and I have to do a regular reboot.

It is a good Pc, have nothing to complain about. Though Windows 10 is the problem. It sometimes does things on the background that slows or stops what you are doing.

This is an excellent product--- but doesn't have interactive camera like other model I bought from Microsoft. It also does not have Graphics card which is a bummer.

Keyboard keys stick constantly. So frustrating. Will take back but love computer. Service though and setup by Best Buy is five stars
