Then the blue tooth stopped working. Definitely not the best product out there.

I was oversold on the product and now stuck with it. It's ok and I thought it would be fantastic.

I think the quality is too poor i prefer for that price apple product

Only issue is that the ports are in the back and hard to reach

not that easy to step into and transfer data from old pc

I really wasn't looking for one this big. I just needed a faster pc than my 19" HP all in 1 for some high def graphics. When I got it home, I found it was very easy to set up. The keyboard is a bit smaller than I'm used to, but that can be fixed. I would have liked to see more USB ports, but that is what hubs are for. The large screen is very clear and bright. It has the memory, ram, and speed that I need and more. The processing speed is amazing. I ran a download/upload speed test on my google connection, and was pleased to see that it is about 2.5 times faster than my other all in one. Difficult time with wireless connections being dropped constantly. Do not have that issue with other devices in the home. Need to get the geek squad for assistance. It may be me, but typical troubleshooting has not helped.

After testing this PC for 2 weeks I decided to go back to the WINXP system that I had abandoned. Windows 10 is atrociously slow and complex even after killing off the notifications/pop-ups and removing what bloatware HP will allow. if all you want to do is social media this is the machine for you. If, however, you want to write letters, prepare spreadsheets, surf the web and other useful tasks then stay away from this HP and (probably any other) WIN10-based PC.

Plagued with issues from day one including the dreaded blue screen of death I'm assuming I got a dud. Returned and got a laptop.

The video card in this computer is so weak it can't be used for what we need it for. We will be returning this computer.

Even that it has the sixth generation of intel 7, the computer takes alot of time to logning into the main desktop.

We bought two of these All in Ones. One of them did not work right out of the box. At the end of 6 weeks ownership it was determined the 2nd one needed a new hard drive.

We are used to using Kaspersky. I hope it works well.

This PC stopped working after four times in use. I went to turn it on and nothing would happen. I took it back to Geek Squad and they didn't try to diagnose, they just said pick another one. I decided to go back to a traditional laptop instead.

Every day is doing updates and takes for ever doing those updates. Hard drive got ruin so to fix. They had to center store to fix it. Worse it takes at least two months to fix it.

Having worked on a laptop the last couple of years, it is taking me a while to get use to the large screen, but I do a lot of data analysis using Excel, and the large screen is definitely a plus. The characters on screen are crisp and easy to read. With the large screen, I can open both the Excel and Word files and read both easily on the same screen. Yes, I wished the USB ports were easier to access, but I attached a USB hub to handle that issue. Already having an HP printer means that this HP computer works seamlessly with the printer. So far, it has been a great machine.
