Nice computer to look at, but terribly slow to operate. Takes a very
long time move from one frame to another when working online.

Great Home Computer

I purchased this computer to be used as the Family Home Computer. I have 2 young children and this works great for them.
I love the voice option with Cortana. The kids use it all the time. The Touch Screen is very user friendly for my kids.
This was the easiest computer set up ever. Just one Cord. It took me less than 10 mins from opening the box to having a fully working computer all connected to my wireless home network as well as the wireless printer. Great value for the price.

I've enjoyed this computer for 4 months due to the death of my old Gateway all-in-one. No major issues so far, Windows 10 appears stable enough that it to is performing adequately. I really appreciate the large screen, I can place two documents side by side and it feels like having two monitors. Processing speed is good, 12 GB RAM memory is awesome. Screen resolution is extremely good. I will mention the keyboard is somewhat small, both length and width, I've gotten used to it and I see no need to upgrade now, it did bother me at first. Chances are I lucked out and obtained a great computer, no defects in manufacturing, no issues with software, I'm sure others might have issues, But I'm very satisfied so far. HP has a hit with this computer, I hope they don't screw up such a good platform for a All-in-One.

I bought this to replace a 6 year old HP all in one. I'm very pleased with this computer. It's fast, easy set up, and the quality is excellent for the cost. It went on sale a few days after I bought it, but a phone call to customer service and the price match guarantee was honored. I haven't tried the mouse or keyboard because I am using the ones that I already had. Well worth the money.

Using the computer for finance, photos, music, documents, and internet use. Easy to set up and use. Having slight issue with Google Chrome, but it might be my setup and not the computer. Still researching. Great deal with sale price, college discount, reward certificates, and gift cards.

Great screen, but very loud

I agree with all the reviews that others have written... the computer works great and the screen looks great. Here are the two downsides to the computer: 1) It is very loud. For some reason, every HP computer I've ever had has a very loud fan. I have an Asus all-in-one and a Sony all-in-one (23" screens), and those computers are completely silent or virtually silent. This HP is quite loud... if I hadn't already transferred all my files and installed all my software I would have returned the computer. 2) The mic jack for external speakers is on the bottom of the display, which means you have an ugly cord hanging down from the display. Obviously this does not impact the performance, but if you care about looks, it's a real bummer.

NO KASPERSKY 6 Month IT IS MCAFEE/30 DAYS

Falsely advertising the free item that comes with computer. It is not 6 months protection as it states on the advertisement. It is 30 days. Nor is it Kaspersky, it is McAfee. See the website how it says "free item" included. Then look at number 3 on the HP setup instructions that came with THIS computer. Hope everyone doesn't expect free 6 month protection instead of 30 days and expect to have Kaspersky as advertised. I have McAfee with Cox internet so don't need it but it is a good thing I don't. Great computer but that is totally inaccurate and misleading about the antivirus. Should print a correction.

Touchscreen Crashed One Problem After Another

Just three months after purchase the touchscreen went out. This was outside of the Best Buy policy for returns. So, I had to deal with HP. After troubleshooting via chat, HP sent a box to ship the entire pc back to HP for repair. Got the PC back and the touchscreen works perfectly. However, the keyboard and mouse did not. Troubleshoot again. They sent a new keyboard and mouse. Didn't realize they wanted the broken one back; I threw the defective one away; now they're charging me for it. OK; my fault. But now the fan or hard drive is making a new whirling noise when I run anything with anything like a FB game or Word. Screensaver doesn't come on as scheduled. Not all USB ports work properly. Expectations not met at all; not happy with this product, performance, or service.

Not a bad machine

This computer is replacing another HP All-In-One that I purchased about ten years ago with Windows 7. I've been using it now for two weeks. Other than getting used to Windows 10, I have no issues with it. One thing that is noteworthy, however, is the built-in camera. It doesn't take high quality pictures like my old computer.
Other than that, it's a very impressive machine.

I wanted to get away from my Mac and Apple Products so I purchased this beautiful looking HP Pavilion 27. In just over 90 days it broke. Wouldn't load and I got the dreaded blue screen with a message Critical_Process_Died. OK, I thought. It is under warranty so I called HP. Within 4 hours I talked or tried to talk with 4 technicians. All had heavy foreign accents and I could barely understand them. Two promised to call me back, never did. One promised to email me, never did. So I was left with a broken computer and no HP help. Don't buy HP and if you do, make sure you get the Geek Squad. HP Service stinks.

HP Customer Service Hits Unbelievable Low

Our HP Pavilion all-in-one stopped working one year and ten days after purchase. Hoping it might be an easy fix like a hard drive, we opened it up. But, as this picture shows, the motherboard is shot. From what I see online this particular computer has a much higher than normal failure rate with their boards. So that's issue 1. But the real grief comes when you call HP for assistance and/or technical support. I was placed on hold followed by a hang up 3 times. I was placed on hold 6 or 7 times and 3 ended with the call dropping. And I promise I was polite to every person I spoke with (uncharacteristic as that is for me :). I know it's not the person on the phones fault so I politely tried to find out how we might get this repaired. This may be naive but I had hoped they could sell (or since there is a known issue- give) us a new board. I was on hold for 20 min bc of that question only to be told no. Several HP reps recommended I could still buy an out of warranty care package - great - will it cover the motherboard? On hold again and hung up on. It took 3 phone calls and almost an hour to find out that the care package they were recommending I purchase would Not cover the board. Well it goes on from there but you get the idea. The computer cost over $1k or as Rich put it about $100 per month. HP customer service was awful. We have bought a used board on eBay so we can hopefully fix it but that is absolutely not because of any assistance from HP.

HP does not back their products. Buyer beware. If you buy an HP product plan on only having it one year. If you want it longer buy an extended warranty for every year you wish to use the product. My hard drive crashed in under three years.
