Very nice computer, took out of box and setup in minutes. Everything works well except the disc drive is little noisy. It may be that the disc is warp. I will be trying several discs in near future to see. Overall I would recommend this computer to buy.

This was an upgrade from my older HP computer, and it has helped with processing speed and internet programs. It also has a learning curve for Win 10, but that's the nature of technology!

I needed a new desktop so I could utilize a 27 inch screen my wife bought me. My other desktop was adequate and I use my laptop more than my desktop. So I wanted to purchase an inexpensive desktop and I could not be happier. This computer is powerful and fast. I don't do gaming, so this was a great buy for me.

The unit I wanted was sold out but this was a recommended by Best Buy associate, was surprised that this unit performs well, for our home use. ie : like facebook, emails, and etc.

The only problem I have had with the computer is that alot of the items that were dumped from my old computer to the new one either did not show up or you could not access them. The computer works great now that I am getting use to Windows 10, My old one had XP so it was quite a change. Overall I am well pleased

We needed a new computer for as little price as possible. We found this one at Best Buy, the sales representative was very helpful. We hooked it up in no time and my wife was able to do her work quite easily. We are very pleased with our purchase,

I was surprised at the speed that the computer gets started and gets me online. Much faster to use than my previous computer. The monitor is a joy to look at. It width and height are a treasure for those of us that have problems with viewing close items such as computer screens. I could never go back to a laptop.

Works great very fast several options the complaint I have is that a screen keeps popping up saying my pc is set up and ready to use and does not allow me to choose not to see it again

This computer was a good value. It was slow out of the box and took a while to load basic games. It will work well for basic applications.

This is my first experience with Windows 10. I absolutely love it! It has so many features, yet it's easy to use. It was easy to setup and although I've had it for a few months now, I'm still finding new things to do. And thumbs up to Best Buy for a seamless purchase and delivery experience.

This has been my HP laptop/ desktop that I have bought in the last 15 years. As you can see I like HP products. I have never had an HP product breakdown on me, knock on wood.

Very nice computer for at home use. When you buy this one REMEMBER to buy the office suite with it. I made the mistake of not buying it now I am kicking myself in the butt. lol

Excellent low end computer for an office setting for someone with limited resource needs. Quick, stable, solid performer. Only drawback is Win10 Home (not professional version).

Used this box to replace an Echolink computer that failed. It loaded up well and was able to establixh the Echolink node with just one niggle... it had a splash screen that kept coming up saying I had completed the system's installation. Used Revo Unistaller to clean it up and now it works just fine.

The HP computer is performing to my expectations. Since my daughter is using her drawing tablet for her animation course I was looking for the perfect computer to handle the grahpics and speed needed for it and I was pleased to find out that this performed well and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

I purchased this desktop to replace a Windows Vista machine that was running into compatibility issues with software I was running on it. This was a reasonably priced Windows 10 alternative. Once you open the case you realize it is a laptop computer in a desktop case. it runs like a entry level laptop with the functionality of a desktop. I don't care for the DVD drive being what I refer to as a 'pop' drive (the typical tray found in a laptop) because it is vertical instead of horizontal. Functionally it is exactly what I needed and it has been running very well. Can can see this being a great computer with a SSD!

No real down side with this PC. Bought it for school work so this more than enough power to run any school programs on it. Quiet PC and perfect for medium application work.

For the price....this is A STEAL! It won't do high level computing, but average tasks like streaming video, multitasking applications, etc this computer does excellently.

I purchased this model because it is the upgrade to my older HP Pavilion. This series has served me well for the past eight years. I also read the ratings from Consumer Reports and it was highly recommended. Very pleased with my purchase, it fit my needs and gives me options to grow into.j

The only thing that I have found so far, that I do not like about this pc is the DVD compartment. When you push the button for it to pop out, mine doesn't come all the way out, I have to pull it out & then it seems very fragile. I have to be careful when inserting a cd because there is very little support & I'm afraid that I'll break it when pushing the cd into place. I use my other hand to support the back. I also don't like that I can't just tap on it & it returns inside the pc. I have to push it all the way back in. Would I recommend it to a friend? I honestly don't know, but I have to mark something, so.....
