The computer was easy to set up and connect to the internet. As usual, there are too many installed programs from the manufacturer for most people.

Great computing power for web browsing, music, movies, etc. Windows 10 still a little glitchy, but hopefully new patches come out to fix the issues.

If you are in need of a desktop, this is the way to go. Efficient, easy to use and set up and very powerful. At this price point it is a great bargain

Not much in PC's these days. external power supply makes the unit a little cooler. So in the long run this unit will do good. 8gig a ram makes it work well with Windows 10. www.ninite.com and classic Start along with other 3rd party apps makes it a winner.

This particular machine is noisy, runs slow, had problems buffering a news video the first day i had it. The package was open, so someone else was better at returning than I. Disappointed in the HP product, i have been buying HP PCs for a long time, i needed value with performance, value was ok, performance, not so much. My 3 year slim machine just died, but was faster...

old XP was very slow and almost acting like I went back to dial up, Not supported by Microsoft and then when Chrome stop support I started looking for new tower. I didn't require a whole lot, This one is fast and does everything I'm going to use it for!

this is a good desktop for those who do not need a laptop, great computer for those who use the computer to check emails, shopping on-line..

This is exactly what we were looking for. It scans and copies. It is real easy to set up and to use. I would recommend this product to others.

While this is a good value, basic desktop, there was no option other than Windows 10. The layout of the keys on the keyboard are different than what we had in the past, i.e. Location of delete key, arrows. Not sure why they felt a need to revise it. I would recommend from a cost perspective but not because I like the features. Will be changing the keyboard.

Although I have an Ipad and Samsung tablet, I really like to sit at a PC to do certain tasks. This computer is just what I was looking for.

Our old hp pavilion was showing its age and started to perform in a questionable manner. We were afraid it would crash soon and we would lose vital files. This tower has a protection plan gives me a sense of security. Performance is more than expected.

The computer runs smooth as silk and is able to handle most anything I ask of it, whether that's gaming, streaming movies from Netflix, or video chatting with relatives. In fact I'm posting this very review from it. Highly recommended at the price.

Bought it for my father in law who recently had his computer die on him. Found this open boxed item for under $250. He's happy so I'm happy

I like having desktops that are of the "older" style of computers. it has a DVD/CD player and is much more powerful than my last computer.

I purchased this computer for basic home use including email, Quicken, Excel, banking and general internet use. It has not disappointed.

this is the perfect computer for the casual user. set-up literally took only minutes to connect to my isp. also, getting my old e mail was a click away. this computer has the speed i need for my FB games, and streaming video has really good color.
