The PC works as expected. Luckily I have a relative that is a PC expert and he was able to eliminate all of the extraneous junk that HP loads on their PC that runs in the background and severely slows down the performance. Once that was done, I had no further problems.

The computer was fantastic, the speed, HDD capacity and specifications all very good. I didn't give it a 5 stars and returned back to the store because this computer did not gave you upgrade choices. Can't upgrade video card, etc... If you are looking for a powerful computer for day to day use, light games and work, is perfect..... If you are a gamer or video/picture editing fan, look for something else....

This computer is the perfect size, smaller than the previous one. I love the nature scenes that come up when the computer comes on. Performance is excellent. Simple to use.

At the under $300 price tag this one was hard to pass up, with 8 gig of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. Windows 10 is annoying at best but the unit operates well enough and recognizes ANY USB peripheral I've added. Got a six slot USB port for $7 and I've got scanners, printers (2), external hard drives, video camera mounts, mouse, keyboard and external speaker array all hooked up and it never faltered.

Bought this desktop on sale and was a bit nervous because of the reasonable price. It has worked perfectly, was easy to set up and we couldn't be more pleased with it.

Fast , quiet and reliable pc. At great price and it was available at the store.

The HP Pavilion has become the go to standard for my office computers. With the 1TB storage and windows 10. It is a great desktop computer at a wonderful value.

The HP Pavilion Desktop was very easy to get set up although I had a problem when installing my Office 365. But besides that I like the smooth transition from start up to getting right into the web. So far I am happy that I made this choice of computer. My old desktop also by HP serve me well for numerous years and I hope this one does as well.

Best Buy gave me this computer to replace one that was damaged while in for repair. This computer is faster and has more memory that the one it replaces. I have set it up and everything is working great. My only complaints are that it has Windows 10 which I do not like and BB charged me to transfer my data from the old computer to this one.

I love this computer. It runs on Windows 10. It's easy to use and it's smaller than my old desktop so I have more room for my new printer.

This HP tower for the price was my best option after my other computer tower went down after the Microsoft Windows 10 forced upgrade seemed to cause. It seemed that there were too many conflicts with the hardware and software on my other computer that weren't compatible with the new Windows 10 software and it crashed. Other hardware had to be replaced as well. This new HP computer already has Windows 10 and so far has been working great. I just wish that Microsoft would have allowed me the choice for taking the upgrade to Windows 10 or decline. Even with having the upgrade blocked, they still force replaced my Windows 7.

Good speed and plenty of memory for a reasonable price.

I'd always been a Dell person but my new HP computer has worked very well and is easy to use, even for those of us who aren't that computer savvy. The trim tower, with two easy-to-reach USB ports in front, is attractive and takes up less space than my old Dell tower. Downloading is quicker than before. All in all, a fine piece of equipment that I hope to use for years to come.

While this is certainly not a high-end gaming system, it's a good home/office computer at a fair price.

Speed, power, storage, RAM--this tower PC has it all at a price below what you'd ever expect to pay. Highly recommended!

I needed to upgrade my computer. I had my computer running windows vista. What an improvement!. And the price was right.

This is a very good unit, being use mainly for Microsoft applications and internet access and music/picture storage. Anticipate the 1TB storage will satisfy the pic/music needs and the 8GB RAM is great for any multi-tasking required. Not used for any gaming. So far, very happy with the unit.

Great machine for a small office where its' use is non-specific. I've bought about 5 and their consistent, reliable and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend this someone needing a desktop for basic office functionality (Microsoft Office, web browsing, Windows 10 Pro networking)
