This tower is a great size, comes with usable basic software and operates fairly fast. Only drawbacks, which are minor, is the vertical mounted DVD-RW if you use it a lot and it would have been nice to have a wireless keyboard. For the price the keyboard is easy to change.

This computer was just what we needed. Good price. Good memory, fast enough to do everything that my child would need to do for school( and play). And because the price, I'm not so worried if he ends up destroying it! I bought a warranty for it also. Perfect!

This computer was an upgrade for me. It was easier to set up than I expected. It works so smoothly and easily compared to the old Dell model with Windows XP that I was using. Windows 10 was a bit of a challenge in some respects, but it wasn't hard to pick up the basics. I do mostly Web surfing, reading an online newspaper, sending emails, etc. some Word and Excel, and this computer meets all my needs.

My Dell XPS bit the dust and when deciding between a new hard drive and a replacement computer, I chose the later and bought this HP Pavillon because my computing needs at my desk have declined in the last several years. This HP boots quickly, is quiet and with 1TB of storage is more than adequate for my needs now.

This works great for me, fast, easy to set up, and it doesn't take up much room.

Very sleek lightweight unit that looks and performs as you would hope and expect a first in class desktop to live up to..... easy to set up great support should you need it and plenty of factory installed programs to get you UP and Running.... fast reactions and sharp interface coming with windows 10 installed and everything you need and want...... was very happy with unit!!!

Purchased for a relative. Used for basic computer needs; email, shopping. Right computer for the right price. Lots of storage and memory. 4-star rating due to the computer not being mine and only hearing that it is working great!

Nice size and easy to use. The only thing is the speed seems slower than it should be. I don't know I have to have my son check it out to get his opinion. Other wise I like the computer and am slowly adjusting to windows 10.

This is the fourth HP desktop I have purchased from Best Buy and so far it has proven to be the best of all,.great computer for the price.

I have an HP laptop & am happy with it. For the price I paid ($300) this HP computer is just what I needed. It has the ram (8 gb) that I need & the storage (1 tb) that my old computer has. I would recommend this computer HP model to a friend. I have owned this computer for about 1 month and have had no issues with it. This replaced my 6 year old emachines computer.

I actually bought two of these computers. My wife and I are funny that way, we don't like to intermingle our data. After much deliberation I ordered two of these desktop computers. They arrived at my doorstep a couple of days later. I did not get around to setting these computers up for longer than I care to mention. I will keep this to one unit as what I say about one applies to both units. These units are so light that I was not sure if they had actually sent me a computer or possibly an empty case. It turns out that this computer is packed with power and storage that will certainly never be filled up. The processing speed is great. There are two small drawbacks, The first is the power cord. It plugs into the back of the computer, as they all do, but the plug is a small round pin that I finally taped to the plug for the monitor to ensure it does not come out. The other is the keyboard that I find to be rather chintzy. It is ok because I will use the wireless keyboard that I currently use. All oin all I think this was a great buy, and am sure that it will do all that I need it to do. If you are looking for computing power at a grerat price, this is the machine for you. Eight gig os ram, a terra byte of disk storage,and a dvd-writer make this a had thing to pass up.

This is a nice computer and at a very reasonable price.

Does every thing a bought it for. I have been using it to capture video from VHS and convert to digital. It has plenty of power to do the task and ample storage capabilities. Works well for browsing the internet as well.
