Upgrading desktop. Had a Windows seven PC that was not able to be upgraded. This new desktop is fantastic. Easy to learn how to use, many features including many free. Wanted to purchase Office home and student 360 with only Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Salesperson was friendly patient and knowledgeable, and we received all we needed. Great buy, great store.

I got this computer and so far, so good. All I need a computer for is email and going online occasionally so this one is perfect for my needs. Good speed and the set up was fairly easy even for a non-techie like me.

Not to big like my old tower. Great speed and ease of use.

It doesn't have as many bells & whistles as my pavilion had, but once You get the blue screen of death. it's time for new toys. I'm pretty happy with this tower so far. I took a star away because of the CD drive. Pretty flimsy,& difficult to snap a disk in. On the plus side it was a deal I couldn't pass up. Works well for my needs. To make things even better shortly after my time limit was up for returning the tower, I noticed there was a sale that involved this machine. I was amazed that they returned the difference anyway. The staff always puts the BEST in BEST BUY for me. It's hard to find that these days. The 4 stars are for the product, but the store deserves at least 5.

my old computer died and after looking online we decided on this computer and printer. Being old we had our son come and get our computer and printer working. good thing because I do not thing I could have ever got it. Anyway everthing is working very good now The clerk at best buy was very helpful and I liked that a lot.

I was just happy to get a functioning cpu since my old one glitched to inoperable. But the speed and smooth functions make it so much better

I bought this for a new employee that will work on it all day, everyday. It's been about two months and this thing is doing great. I hooked up a double monitor setup and it has been trouble free. I recommend it for a economy priced unit that you can rely on. I'll buy another, no problem, when the need arises.

This is a great computer for the price. 8Gb of memory and 1TB of storage. Works for dual monitors right out of the box. Not a great pick for gaming, but for a small business this is a great choice. Only thing I wish is that it had Windows 7, but thats hard to come by now. Works great out of the box, easy setup.

This is a great desktop for my basic tasks. Its prefect for my word processing tasks and presentations with ample storage to meet my needs. It comes with Windows 7 installed and includes free upgrade to Windows 10 which takes a few extra steps to set up. Otherwise it meets my needs for the reasonable price.

Purchased this after my mother's computer of a few years went out. This was a good replacement for the money. More than enough for the simple browsing and games she likes to play.

Had to replace my old VISTA desk top. Best Buy had a great deal on a new HP with windows 10 computer. Pricing was very competitive and had all programs and memory I needed. This is why I always go to Best Buy for my electronic needs. Geek Squad was very helpful with the set-up and transfer of info also.

Very fast - good memory - huge hard drive - work fine with Windows 10 - good for a college kid - or home - fast on the internet too.

It's refreshing to see something actually coming down in price, and good computers are doing just that. This desktop is fast and easy to use and extremely affordable. I had the Geek Squad transfer all the data and files from my old computer so setup was a snap too. A very good purchase!

Decent machine with 8GB and was on sale, I prefer Intel chips, but this is a good speed and power for an in house box to use or have as a file server box for files

It is a good computer for the money, serious gamers would not even consider but good enough for kiddie and low end users that just want to get on the internet.

Didn't need anything fancy. This model does everything that I need it to - email, basic photo work, spreadsheet work. Biggest question : how long will it last?

I purchased this desktop to replace an older model. It was a really good investment. I like Windows 10, the faster processor and having enough memory to keep photos all in one place. The computer is fast and has a better wireless than my old model. I would recommend this PC.

Solid processor, handles multiple open programs and websites very well. Case is larger than the compact desktop it replaced and it is slightly noisier, also.
