HP's Good reputation

That's why I stayed with HP. The i5 processor is OK but the i7 is worth considering. The CPU fan is too noisy but I can live with it.

computer is very quick and good.

Any questions I had the Geek Squad answered fully until I understood the process. It's an easy setup and doesn't have the problems the old windows vista system had. I feel better having a Pentel processor also. Quality product for the price
